“For notifying billing after patient presented both Medicare and VA Choice cards.  She was being proactive in making sure we had both the VA Choice information and the commercial insurance to alleviate any future problems for billing. Way to go!”

“I happened to walk by Dr. Thorner’s pod and Jackie was there at the nurse’s station.  Dr. Thorner was saying good-bye to his elderly male patient who was alone and looked a little unsteady.  Jackie offered to walk the patient out, took him by the hand and led him to the exit. “
