“Pauline, Nadia, & Brenda – For going above and beyond to provide the best pt. care. A SNF pt. came in for a cath change. And they went above and beyond to make sure that the pt. had the catheter change after being unable to get out of the van because the lift was broken; they took clinic to the parking lot to get the patient all taken care of. “
